New Build Warehouse for   Antique Furniture Sales and   Storage

The site for Tomlinson Furniture Group's new premises sits on the edge of Wetherby in a rural setting adjacent to farm buildings and natural vegetation. The brief for the project was to design a new 12,000 sq ft warehouse to house antique furniture for storage and sales.

Artform Architects were employed to create several options for the building taking into account the site constraints, the client's budget and the factors surrounding planning. We were able to provide a variety of designs for improving the aesthetics of a standard industrial unit.

The warehouse is now open for business and was completed on time and on budget, trading a year after concept design stage.
