Oak Villa Farm

The re-development of Oak Villa Farm in Cheshire into a new residential dwelling in order to provide a high quality family home through a sensitive conversion and extension of an agricultural barn dating from 1840.

English Martyrs

The site for this housing scheme in south Manchester was previously used as tennis club which over time had become disused due to dwindling member numbers.

Octagon Energy Centre

Our proposal for a new Energy Centre in south Manchester that will create a local area heat network and help the city meet it's environmental targets.

Missing House

A new build dwelling on a corner plot that was left vacant when the street was originally developed. Our proposal explores how a distinctive, contemporary design can fit into a typical suburban street scape.

Bramley Farm House

Homelands

A small infill residential development in Sale that creates a distinctive pair of semi-detached family houses on the garden plot of an adjacent mid 20th Century property.

Home of 2030

A housing concept that puts people and community at it’s heart, with a focus on healthy living, sustainable design and deliverable construction. Developed as part of an RIBA international competition.

Moss Lane Townhouses

A new build townhouse development on a tight corner plot in south Manchester aimed at providing contemporary 4 bed family housing across 3 levels.

Burneside Housing

Our design for a new 40 unit residential development in the Lake District puts the community at the forefront of the proposals and allows a new younger generation of homeowners to establish roots in the village to assist in it’s long-term future growth.

Eagle Brow

A bespoke, contemporary new build house in Lymm that is positioned on the garden plot of our client's existing property - a 19th Century Victorian villa that is locally listed.

Birchdale Farm

This scheme is a venture into rural living by client Novo Property Group and involves the redevelopment of a beautiful 4 acre site of a former farm near Frodsahm, Cheshire.

Hall Farm Barns

A project that takes a fresh look at this semi-rural site which sits on the edge of Culcheth, bordering the Cheshire Green Belt. Two previous applications had failed to get consent so the project required a new approach.

Scarthwaite Hotel

The conversion of an existing hotel building into apartments that celebrates the heritage value of the original architecture whilst creating a distinctive new extension alongside.

St John's Church

St. John’s church is a grade II listed building built in 1883. The original features include a spectacular hammer beam timber roof and a sloping floor, as well as two large stained glass windows.
